Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Program Manager to lead the Time to Market with Quality (TTMQ) initiative. This initiative focuses on reducing time to market while maintaining a strong emphasis on quality. You will be responsible for driving improvements across the Continuous Delivery Pipeline, enabling squads and chapters to adopt Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD) practices.

Drive Program Vision and Roadmap:

Develop and execute a shared vision for the TTMQ initiative.

Build and manage a delivery roadmap that aligns with stakeholder expectations and dependencies.

Onboard and Enable Teams:

Collaborate with Epic Owners, Agile Coaches, and Product Owners to ensure squads and chapters adopt and excel in using CI/CD pipelines.

Create a detailed onboarding plan emphasizing quick wins, foundational improvements, and measurable outcomes.

Oversee Program Management:

Ensure the program is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Continuously track and report progress using key metrics and KPIs.

Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks.

Manage Stakeholders:

Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across all organizational levels.

Present initiative progress and results during Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).

Ensure Governance and Reporting:

What you'll do:

Professional Experience:

10+ years of program management experience in complex environments.

Strong technical background, particularly in Agile delivery and CI/CD tools.

Proven expertise in end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC) projects.

Experience in consulting or system integration environments is a plus.
