DOA Engineer (EASA Part 21J), Ireland

Job Description:

• Perform standard engineering assignments that may involve equipment or product design, testing of materials, preparation of accomplishment instructions, drawings, technical reports & supplements;
• Coordination with DE, CVE’s different specialism, Head of Design Organization, Head of Airworthiness;
• Establish compliance with the applicable airworthiness, operational suitability and environmental protection requirements applicable (including any other certification specifications the Head of Office of Airworthiness and CVE’s finds are directly related);
• Participate in defining engineering approaches, and in planning and scheduling work.

Requirements:

• Experience in aviation
• Experience in design organization (EASA Part 21 Subpart J) related to commercial aviation would be considered as an advantage;
• Familiar with EASA Part 21 Regulatory Requirements;
• Important computer skills: AutoCAD, MS Office, and SolidWorks (optional);
• Good time-management & communication skills as well as an understanding of regulatory requirements and customer specifications;
• Ability to work efficiently in a fully remote work environment.
