The Opportunity

• Collaboration with operational teams, data owners, and partners to help ensure the understanding and alignment of E2E data governance processes
• Ensuring that master data governance embedded within the project and users are trained accordingly to ensure consistency, uniformity and accuracy of data across all systems
• Actively works with the cross-divisional teams to reduce master data defects and develop processes that reduce non-value added work
• Contribute towards the definition of the vision and strategy for Master Data Governance
• Meet business goals – Products and solutions must meet the economic business goals established by the portfolio
• Leverage support – Product Managers ensure their offerings are supported and enhanced to create a continuous flow of value

• Bachelor / Master’s degree in Business and/or Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field, or equivalent work experience
• 7+ years of functional and strategic master data management experience , ideally in one of the following domains: Customer, Vendor, Intercompany, SAP HR Mini Master
• 3+ years of senior level data governance practices
• 3+ years experience with Enterprise Applications (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Reltio, etc.) across several business units
• Understands governance impacts both on business process management and IT side
• Experience dealing with GDPR and CCPA and other data privacy relevant regulations (BP specific)
• Consulting or Business Management Services background is a strong plus
• Agile Mindset and experience to work in / with Agile Organizations

Salary starts from 2600 EUR gross/monthly. Final salary depends on the successful candidate's level of experience, skills and qualifications.
