As our new Senior Security Operations Specialist, you will join our Cyber Security Center of Excellence. You will have the opportunity to work with diverse and complex security challenges, both with our internal tooling and customer environments. You will be involved in leading security initiatives and leveraging our identity, network, and security solutions to enhance our overall security posture. Additionally, you will proactively engage with both our internal and external customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. In this position, you will be also engaged in security monitoring and security incident response, coordinating the process with the internal team and the customer and delivering final reports.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day operations including monitoring the state of security solutions and associated configurations, security alerts and other outputs from the security solutions as well as prepare and participate in delivering security advisory and insights to customers
• Design, develop, and continuously improve security capabilities, controls, and processes for public cloud environments
• Study and stay up to speed on threats and cyber-attack techniques, tactics, and procedures (TTPs) and how to protect cloud environments against them
• Understand secure development lifecycle and be able to support DevSecOps efforts
• Focus, master, and stay up to date with cloud services, security solutions and related products

Your Competencies:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in a cyber security role, including public cloud security and executing, monitoring incident response (SecOps)
• Hands-on experience with cloud solution architecture and engineering with Azure and M365
• Practical knowledge of security monitoring and leading incident response
