Human Resources Generalist

I am thrilled to be partnering with a client in the health and fitness industry. They are seeking an HR Generalist to join their team on an initial temporary basis based in Sydney CBD. There is high potential for this role to become permanent after a couple of months. About the role:

Reporting into the HR Manager, you will provide HR support across areas of:

• Performance management
• Employee Relations
• Learning and development, facilitating internal training sessions
• Engagement and retention
• Compliance, Policy and Administration
• HR Consulting

About you:

To be successful in this role, you will have at least 3-5 years of experience in a generalist HR position, ideally with experience in a smaller company. You will be process-driven and have the initiative to improve existing HR processes.

Salary is c. $110 000 + super
