Solution Architect - .NET

LOCATION: Sydney CBD, must be able to work 3 days per week on site.

DURATION: 12 months

About the Role:

In this 12-month contract role, you will manage the delivery of technical solutions for complex enterprise IT landscapes. Working closely with Project Managers and technical teams, you’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role combines technical leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and hands-on involvement in key technical processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end technical delivery of digital programs.
• Oversee system changes, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget compliance.
• Lead resource management, recruitment, and work allocation for technical teams.
• Collaborate with PMs to manage technical risks, schedules, and governance.
• Drive release management and data migration efforts.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to multi-functional teams.
• Manage relationships with IT partners and vendors.
• Develop and oversee CI/CD pipelines for development and production environments.
• Monitor progress, ensure change governance, and address risks proactively.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• 10+ years of .NET development experience.
• 2+ years in a technical delivery management or similar role.
• Expertise in developing solutions for enterprise IT landscapes, including on-premise and hybrid cloud environments.
• Strong technical project management skills.
• Proven experience leading multi-functional teams and managing IT vendors.
• Hands-on expertise in CI/CD pipeline development and management.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with Sitecore, BizTalk, or Dynamics CRM.
