Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support HR strategies and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain data visualizations using AWS QuickSight and other visualization tools.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key HR metrics.
• Provide technical guidance and support to HR team members on data-related issues.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data analytics and visualization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in data analytics.
• Proven experience with AWS data stack, including QuickSight.
• Strong knowledge of data visualization tools outside of AWS.
• Experience in Redshift.
• Knowledge of SQL and other data querying languages
• Solid understanding of data governance principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with HR data and metrics.
• Familiarity with machine learning and predictive analytics
