As a Sales and Project Manager, you will:

• Strengthen client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Oversee projects to ensure timely and successful delivery, meeting both goals and expectations.
• Drive sales initiatives by identifying new opportunities, organizing client meetings, and negotiating deals.
• Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring seamless operations and efficient workflows.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure high-quality and timely project execution.
• Prepare and present project reports, sharing results with clients and company leadership.
• Solve challenges proactively while motivating your team to achieve outstanding outcomes.
  
  

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in project management and sales within IT or technology sectors.
• Proven analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong time management abilities and skill in prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Leadership capabilities with a focus on fostering productivity and teamwork.
• Excellent communication skills in Estonian and English (both written and verbal).
• A results-driven mindset with the ability to adapt to dynamic environments.
