Data Quality Analyst

Job Title: Data Update/Quality Assurance

Contract Duration: One Year Extendable

Responsibilities (Job Description)

• Work on monthly meter reading activities (manual and Automated)
• Prepare daily progress reports in meter reading performance.
• Review monthly bills submitted by manual meter reading contractors and other contractors within division.
• Oversee the completeness and accuracy of the database on Meters Assets, and Customer Details (CRM)
• Assess arranging department meetings and other internal and external meetings with stakeholders, recording the actions, follow the actions and prepare monthly performance reports.
• Report on the overall data & Customer Reads performance of all units to management in a timely manner as requested, the performance should include the service providers’ performance and internal operation performance of related units.
• Work on customer data update and review.
• Prepare CRM applications performance reports.
• Prepare meter inspections performance reports.
