UI Designer

We are looking for a Junior UI Designer to join our User Experience (UXP) department. The primary focus is on UI design, with less emphasis on UX aspects.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for clean, aesthetically pleasing design and a strong understanding of user-centered design principles to create effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Continuously engage with stakeholders and product owners to review user flows and assess business requirements for project enhancements.
• Lead the creation of impactful UI solutions that support the cargo business development and customer success teams.
• Manage and contribute to digital initiatives for Cargo.
• Develop wireframes, mock-ups, rapid prototypes, and responsive designs tailored for multiple operating systems and devices.

Qualifications

• Has experience in human-centered UI design and a strong understanding of design principles.
• Communicates confidently and effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency with design software and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite, etc.
• Demonstrates problem-solving skills with a design thinking mindset.
• Is an articulate visual and verbal communicator, with a keen eye for detail.
• Works well both as part of a team and independently, and is open to feedback.
• Experience in the cargo or logistics industry is advantageous.
