Scrum Master

TST Group is an international recruiting agency that has been providing technical resources in the UK/European region . This role is with one of our clients in Poland who is actively hiring candidates to expand their teams.

Title: Scrum Master

Employment Type :B2B Contract

Location: Gdynia , Poland (Hybrid : 2-3 days/week onsite)

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading Scrum team in SAFe setup
• Organize and drive Sprints ceremonies
• Assist Product Owners in backlog refinement, prioritization, and
• planning
• Work to maximize team productivity and remove any
• impediments that obstruct the Sprint goals
• Support Scrum Team members with the usage of collaboration
• tools, e.g. JIRA, Kendis, MS Teams, Confluence

Candidate should have:

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Experience with distributed global teams
• At least 2 years of experience in Scrum Master in SAFe setup
• Good understanding the Agile mindset and values
• Fluency in spoken and written English language
• The knowledge about iterative and incremental development
• The knowledge about fundamentals of software development
• processes and procedures
• SAFe knowledge
