Project Manager

About the position:

The position of Project Manager in our company is a great opportunity for experienced professionals who are eager to grow and are ready to manage projects in a dynamic and innovative environment. Responsibilities:

• Manage projects and releases (organize the work of the team including planning, task allocation, prioritization, deadline and quality control);
• Plan sprints with the team and maintain project documentation clearly;
• Provide reporting on project status and momentum;
• Identify and mitigate risks in all phases of the project;
• Interact with all team members (product managers, business analysts, developers, QA engineers, designers, content managers);
• Provide feedback between the team and the customer;
• Monitor product quality;
• Implement and work with metrics on the project (analyze data to evaluate process performance, improve product quality and achieve goals);
• Optimize processes (finding bottlenecks and implementing improvements to improve team performance);
• Work with the team (evaluate and develop each team member, prepare employee development plans. Conducting regular 1-to-1 meetings with team members. Hiring and firing employees).

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT;
• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience leading projects using them;
• Experience with Jira and Confluence;
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously;
• Experience leading projects from project initiation to release, post-release support;
• Technical background and understanding of the software development lifecycle;
• Experience managing a distributed team of 10 people or more;
• English Upper-intermediate.
