The firm specializes in blockchain networks, which are reshaping traditional business models and introducing innovative decentralized solutions. The team, based in Amsterdam and comprised of professionals from diverse backgrounds, offers a professional yet friendly and entrepreneurial work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop frameworks to categorize and evaluate the evolving business models introduced by blockchain networks.
• Design valuation methodologies for decentralized systems across various ecosystems, including layer 1s, middleware, and consumer-facing applications.
• Stay at the forefront of adjacent technologies, such as tokenization and zero-knowledge proofs.
• Leverage relationships with global blockchain venture capital firms to produce internal insights and external research reports.

Candidate Profile:

• Demonstrated interest in blockchain technology and investment strategies.
• Experience with valuation methods for traditional business models, with a focus on adapting them for decentralized systems.
• Preferred qualifications: CFA and/or CAIA certification, including familiarity with courses like “DeFi: Introduction to Blockchain and Cryptocurrency.”
• Team player with strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Curiosity, a results-oriented mindset, and a drive to become a leading expert in blockchain technology.
