What You Will Do:


  • Be the ambassador of the modern way of working to bring efficiency in delivering business value
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of the payment tasks/initiatives
  • Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders
  • Ensure a healthy backlog for the payment value stream (sufficient depth, activities properly prioritized and assigned)
  • Develop strategy and objectives for payment, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure proper governance of risks is followed across the payment domain
  • Provide guidance to the team as needed
  • Maintain high quality of the output by leveraging the knowledge within the team and technological support (build "everything as a code" culture)
  • Support the business and compliance in translating regulatory requirements into an effective solution that meets the regulation (PCR-DSS, DORA, PSD2/PSD3 PSR)


What We Expect:


  • Proven working experience as a technical lead in the Banking sector
  • Solid technical background, with understanding and hands-on experience in software development
  • Expertise in leading the software engineering process and knowledge of best practices in development
  • Understanding of the implications of the key regulations impacting SEPA and SWIFT payments
  • Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
