We’re Hiring: Project/Site Coordinator

Join our team as a Project/Site Coordinator specializing in FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment), play equipment, and fit-out works installation. If you are detail-oriented, highly organized, and experienced in managing installation projects, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the installation of FF&E, play equipment, and fit-out works on-site.
• Supervise all aspects of fit-out works, including interior construction, partitioning, flooring, and ceilings, ensuring adherence to design specifications.
• Collaborate with installation teams, contractors, and subcontractors to meet project deadlines.
• Review and interpret technical drawings and ensure accurate implementation.
• Troubleshoot on-site issues and ensure minimal disruption to the schedule.
• Monitor inventory, manage materials, and ensure timely delivery and installation.
• Maintain progress records, site logs, and communicate updates to project managers and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and project specifications.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in coordinating FF&E, play equipment, and fit-out works installation.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• License: Valid UAE driving license is a must.
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD, with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Attributes: Meticulous attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent verbal and written communication in English.
