In this role as a Project Manager you will take lead in our Energy Storage development projects. You will lead the product development team trough Kongsberg business management processes and be an active participant in the product development. You will lead a multidiscipline team where the goal is to develop and maintain complete marine energy storage systems.

As a member of the Energy Storage team you will be in the core of the energy conversion technology enabling the ongoing green shift in the maritime industry. Lead meaningful projects. Protechting People and Planet is our goal.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and improvement projects in Kongsberg Maritime within the Energy Storage segment
• Follow Kongsberg Maritime’s processes for product development and research projects
• Plan, execute and report technical and financial progress according to Kongsberg Maritime processes
• Contribute to development of new Energy Storage Solutions
  
  

Qualifications And Experience

• Experience as Project Manager, or aspiring for such a challenge
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree within automation, electronics, instrumentation or cybernetics. Relevant experience may compensate for a formal degree
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Norwegian and English
• Knowledge in maritime operation and products is beneficial
• Knowledge in maritime battery systems and ESS is an advantage
