Project engineering Manager

Proclinical is seeking a Project Engineering Manager to lead and coordinate the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects focused on mechanical adaptations and operational improvements in a commercial mammalian production line. This role requires ensuring compliance with GMP standards and effective collaboration with production, quality assurance, and EPCM contractors. The successful candidate will be required to oversee the project lifecycle, primarily focusing on conceptual design, with potential continuation through performance qualification.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate engineering project planning, execution, and completion.
• Focus on mechanical adaptations and operational improvements.
• Ensure compliance with GMP standards.
• Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and EPCM contractors.
• Oversee the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality requirements.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Experience in engineering projects, particularly in a production environment.
• Proficiency in English; German is a plus.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
