FULLTIME Role: HR-Assistenz
Location: Büren, Solothurn Switzerland
Job description :
HR Administration:
Draft employment contracts and manage personnel changes and correspondence.
- Handle employee onboarding/offboarding, including social security registrations/deregistrations and maintaining payroll data.
- Prepare employment confirmations, interim, and final work certificates.
Employee Records & Organization:
- Manage electronic personnel files and oversee long-service awards.
- Ensure accurate time tracking and promptly perform necessary corrections.
Training Coordination:
- Organize internal and external training programs (e.g., language, technical, and leadership courses).
- Manage all associated training administration.
Onboarding & Recruitment Support:
- Arrange trial days for prospective employees and manage related processes.
- Coordinate onboarding programs and introductory sessions for new hires.
HR Team Support:
- Provide administrative support to HR Business Partners on various tasks.
Your Profile:
Qualifications & Experience:
- Completed commercial education with at least 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Additional qualification as an HR Assistant is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
- Proficient in MS Office and HR applications (experience with Abacus and Rexx is a plus).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in German. Knowledge of French and/or Italian is highly advantageous.
