Lead Software Engineer

Location: Eindhoven

Salary: 90k-120k

Are you an experienced software engineer with a passion for delivering state-of-the-art solutions in the semiconductor industry? We are looking for a Lead Engineer to play a pivotal role in the design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge tools for software integration, release, and delivery processes.

What You’ll Do:

• Define and improve software release and delivery processes.
• Create and maintain tools to streamline and automate workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical and architectural challenges.
• Support escalations, mentor junior colleagues, and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead the creation of technical designs and documentation.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in complex technical environments.
• 3+ years as a senior architect, designing and aligning software development ecosystems.
• Strong background in backend (Python, Ruby, Django) and frontend (React, JavaScript, HTML5) engineering.
• Experience with DevOps tools (Git, GitHub, BitBucket, Jenkins) and cloud platforms (GCP, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of Linux (RHEL), Bazel, and multi-repository version control systems is a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
