Key Attributes And Responsibilities

Work closely with design, backend development teams, and other stakeholders to translate wireframes and mockups into interactive, responsive web pages.

Engage and collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

Develop new user-facing features and optimize existing ones using React.js (version 18 and above) and Next.js or similar frameworks and Typescript.

Write high-quality, clean, and maintainable code with a strong emphasis on performance and SEO best practices.

Implement front-end best practices to ensure excellent Lighthouse scores and overall search engine visibility.

Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility of the website.

Enhance application responsiveness and overall user experience.

Optimize web pages for maximum speed and scalability.

Stay up to date with the latest front-end technologies, trends, and best practices to continuously improve our development processes.

Collaborate with other team members to identify and address performance bottlenecks and UI/UX issues.

Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

Write and maintain unit tests to ensure the reliability and robustness of the codebase.

Utilize Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.

Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.

Technical Requirements (Must Have)

Strong expertise in React.js (version 18 and above).

Experience With Next.js Is Highly Preferred.

Knowledge of Node.js.

Well-versed in TypeScript and proficient in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile-first development.

Demonstrated ability to write high-performance code that positively impacts SEO and Lighthouse scores.

Solid understanding of front-end build tools, such as Webpack or Parcel.

Experience in writing unit test cases (e.g., Jest, Mocha).

Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.

Proficient in version control using Git.

Experience in Docker and Kubernetes.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Technical Requirements (Good To Have)

Experience in MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, ReactJs, Node.js)

Familiarity with tools like New Relic, Coralogix, Grafana.

Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure, AWS.

Experience with GraphQL.

Qualifications Required

Bachelors/Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

3-6 years of professional experience in front-end web development
