Middle Program & Partnership Manager (TRMNL4)

Currently, we're looking for a Program & Partnership Manager for the startup ecosystem — TRMNL4.

TRMNL4 is a platform that helps startups, investors, and corporations meet and find the most effective ways to collaborate through accelerators, events, and other initiatives. We’ve helped over 200 startups from 25 countries attract $16M in investments and gain free access to top experts from Meta, Snapchat, Amazon, Spotify, and Bolt.

About You

• Creative, strategic, cooperative, and analytical thinker with a proactive, hands-on approach.
• At least 2+ years of experience coordinating educational or large-scale international projects or events and developing partnerships.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Leadership in professional settings, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and attention to detail.
• Preferred background: experience in IT and venture industries, EdTech, or large communication agencies is a plus.
  
  

What You Will Do

• Build strategic partnerships: collaborate with world-leading companies like Meta, Snapchat, PayPaland and C-level managers to develop impactful projects for startups.
• Manage end-to-end processes: execute acceleration programs like the StartUp Academy by TRMNL4 and Meta.
• Support startup growth: help tech startups achieve rapid growth.
• Organize events: execute events in different countries that bring together industry leaders and innovators.
• Launch and scale Initiatives: Develop and expand new partnerships and programs.
