Technical Lead Developer

About the Role

As a Team Lead, you will manage a dynamic team of 5-10 professionals, ensuring seamless coordination across Project Management, Business Analysis, Development, and Quality Assurance teams. You will align with Solution and Data Architects to deliver robust, high-quality solutions while maintaining best practices and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 5-10 members effectively.
• Coordinate with PM, BA, Dev, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Align development efforts with Solution and Data Architects for smooth delivery.
• Design and develop software solutions based on documented requirements.
• Oversee defect triaging and ensure smooth transitions to support.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including development, unit testing, documentation, and maintenance.
• Write clear, maintainable, and efficient code across GUI, business logic, and database layers.
• Define and deliver Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to management.

Technical Expertise Required

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with:
• .Net Core 6+, C# (10+), WebAPI, Blazor, WebAssembly, PWA, HTML, CSS (Bootstrap), jQuery, and JavaScript.
• Oracle 19c, MongoDB, SQL Server.
• Microservices implementations using Kafka/RabbitMQ.
• Xamarin/MAUI and WCF.
• Experience with source code version control systems (e.g., BitBucket).
• Expertise in software implementation best practices and error resolution.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in software development.
• 8+ years as a Developer (Lead Developer experience is a plus).
• 6+ years working with .Net Core 6+ and C# (10+).
• Solid experience with Oracle 19c.
• Excellent knowledge of development tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
• Experience developing and maintaining user manuals and documentation.
