Software Development Manager

As the Software Development Manager you will lead multiple software development teams. In this role, you will oversee the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions, ensuring efficiency and alignment with the company's product vision and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize multiple development teams to deliver high-quality software on time.
• Oversee product release planning, coordinating with hardware, firmware, product management, and other key departments.
• Drive collaboration with Scrum Masters and Product Owners to maximize value delivery.
• Manage team performance, ensuring career growth and development for team members.
• Implement Agile methodologies and ensure continuous improvement through practices like Test-Driven Development (TDD), Continuous Integration (CI), and DevOps.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience leading teams in software development.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels and build strong cross-functional relationships.
• Expertise in coaching and mentoring technical teams.
• 8+ years of software development experience.
• 2+ years in a management management experience.
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
