An experienced Product Manager with strategic vision and a strong drive for innovation. Someone capable of transforming ideas into concrete solutions and leading product development with passion and a results-oriented mindset.

🚀 What You Will Do with Us

• Design the product roadmap, prioritizing developments that generate the highest value.
• Transform stakeholder feedback into practical and actionable solutions.
• Collaborate with development teams to translate functional requirements and monitor performance through key KPIs.
• Continuously improve the UX, ensuring it is intuitive, modern, and aligned with customer needs.
• Communicate new features internally and externally.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and technological trends.
• Drive innovation across all aspects of the product.

🛠 What You Bring

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager (or similar roles) in tech startups or SaaS companies.
• Ability to define strategic roadmaps and translate them into clear action plans.
• Ability to identify emerging trends and technologies that can add value to our products.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Strong analytical skills to monitor KPIs and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with best practices in UX/UI design.
• Creativity, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a problem-solving approach.
• Fluent English proficiency.
