Business Development Associate - Crypto Exchange

We are seeking a Business Development Associate to expand our reach within the retail sector and establish key relationships that drive growth. If you're a self-starter with a track record of building impactful networks and driving results, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic relationships with retail-focused partners, asset managers, and other key stakeholders to onboard retail clients to our platform.
• Identify, negotiate, and execute partnerships that unlock access to pools of retail investors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to align sales strategies with our goals.
• Analyze market trends and retail client behaviors to inform business strategies.
• Provide regular reports on BD efforts, pipeline status, and market insights to the leadership team.
• Act as a trusted advisor to partners, ensuring a clear understanding of our value proposition.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3-5 years in business development, sales, or client acquisition, ideally within financial services, crypto, or retail-focused sectors.
• Network: Existing relationships with asset managers, retail-focused firms, or related entities is a strong plus.
• Skills:
• Proven ability to identify and close high-value partnerships.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience interpreting market data.
• Mindset: Self-starter with a bias for action and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
