Your opportunity

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for building new products and solutions to ensure the future growth of Scandit's business. You will join the Industry Solutions Team and lead 0-1 product development efforts. This means you will focus on ideating high-value products, validating them quickly, and driving product discovery up to launching a minimum viable product. You'll collaborate closely with Industry Solution Managers, UX, and Engineering to mitigate product risks from the start.

• Research and Discovery: Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer pain points, needs, and opportunities. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
• Ideation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and assess innovative product ideas that address identified problems.
• Prototyping: Lead the development of prototypes to validate product concepts and iterate based on feedback and testing. You will work closely with design, engineering, and UX teams in this process
• Customer Engagement: Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather insights and feedback on product ideas and prototypes. Make sure the product vision aligns with customer needs and business goals.
• Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate the product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders, including executives and go-to-market teams.
  
  

Who We Look For

• Minimum of 5+ years as a Product Manager, preferably in B2B software or technology
• Strong track record of managing 0-1 product development projects from idea to launch.
• Strong entrepreneurial drive and business acumen
• Ability to turn market and customer research into actionable product ideas
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with prototyping tools and methodologies.
• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
