What You Will Do:

Contribute to solution design and architecture
Take initiatives and act accordingly on research and development (POC)
Develop solutions aligned with relevant IT standards and requirements
Ensure the quality of deliverables
Make sure new development/code is covered by code reviews
Test own development with unit tests and participate in system/functionality testing
Contribute to the testing and the release process
Support team members and share the knowledge within the organization
Create and maintain documentation
Proactively contribute to the overall goals of the organization
Take responsibility for professional self-development
Contribute to own and team performance improvement by constructive feedback and relevant suggestions

What We Expect:

Experience and strong knowledge of banking IT solutions
Interest in adopting new technologies and trends
High skills in the understanding of Software Development Life Cycle
Well-built knowledge of relevant programming language

JAVA skills and knowledge of JAVA frameworks: Spring, Spring boot
Jenkins, Git, Java module system, Gradle, Docker
Application integration (REST / SOAP) experience
Databases: PostgreSQL

Strong knowledge of data structures, data flow charts, programming logic, and codes
Advanced knowledge of different software development methodologies and supporting team in continuity of relevant methodology.
Strong knowledge of microservice architecture
CI/CD practice knowledge
Self-development focus
Managing multiple tasks and priorities
Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication
