We’re looking for a talented UX Designer who can transform user experiences into seamless, impactful journeys. What You'll Do:

🎨 Design & Prototype:

• Bring ideas to life with low and high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes.

💡 Facilitate Workshops:

• Prepare and lead creative ideation workshops to spark innovation.

🔍 User Testing:

• Plan, conduct, and analyze user tests to validate designs and improve usability.

📐 Governance:

• Implement and uphold UX design governance to ensure consistent, high-quality standards.

🤝 Collaborate & Report:

• Work closely with team leads and project managers to keep projects on track.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: At least 5 years in a similar role with expertise in UX research, analysis, and design.
• Design Skills: Proficiency in Figma, Material Design, and creating interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Agile Expertise: Comfortable working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to align diverse stakeholders within large organizations.
• Toolkits: Experience with design systems/toolkits for Android (and iOS).
• Language Skills: Proficiency in Dutch and/or French, and a good understanding of English.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience with Service Design.
• Knowledge of S/4HANA-Fiori.
