Position: Project Coordinator / Project Manager (Wind Energy projects)

Location: Kyiv, Ukraine

Work format: Full-time / Employment Agreement

We have a great career opportunity for a Project Coordinator / Project Manager in an international leading renewable energy company with a representative office in Kyiv.

Our Partner initiates, plans and builds wind and solar projects worldwide. The Company is an independent power producer (IPP) that executes large-scale international projects as a general contractor and takes over technical and commercial management as an asset manager. In addition, our Partner has a technological competence and develops AI solutions for renewable energies.

We are currently looking for a responsible and highly motivated Project Coordinator who will be involved in the company’s day-to-day operations activities in its renewable energy projects (wind, solar, biomethane) in the development, construction and operation phases.

Main Responsibilities:

• Create and manage project plans, including budget and timeline
• Facilitate and document internal and external project development meetings
• Monitor the execution of project development tasks, providing regular reports on progress
• Maintain an organized project library, actively managing document flow and recording the status of all project documents
• Ensure the timely approval of agreements and oversee the invoicing process in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
• Coordinate efforts between engineering and land management teams to optimize design and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Arrange procurement processes, including the selection of contractors for development services and participation in contract negotiations
• Serve as the primary point of contact, effectively communicating project status to all participants

Qualifications and professional experience:

• 2-5 years’ work experience in the implementation of energy or infrastructure projects
• Fluency in Ukrainian and English
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
