Position Overview:

We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead Pulsetto’s technology strategy, drive innovation, and oversee product development. As CTO, you will play a key role in shaping the company’s future, ensuring the seamless integration of hardware, software, and data-driven solutions to expand our portfolio of devices and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute Pulsetto’s technology roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Product Development: Oversee the design, development, and launch of cutting-edge neuromodulation devices and software solutions, including gel-less and IP66-rated devices with wireless charging.
• Innovation: Identify and implement emerging technologies to enhance product performance and user experience.
• Team Building and Management: Recruit, mentor, and lead a multidisciplinary R&D team, including mechanical, regulatory, and software engineers. Create and manage your own team to achieve Pulsetto’s ambitious goals.
• Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Implement and oversee budget management, team resource planning, and hour tracking to ensure operational efficiency.
• Data-Driven Excellence: Use analytics and data-driven insights to inform technology decisions, improve development timelines, and optimize production.
• Operational Excellence: Optimize production processes and ensure high standards in quality control and logistics.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, clinical, and supply chain, to align technology initiatives with company goals.
• Compliance: Ensure all products meet regulatory and safety standards (e.g., FDA, CE marking).

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a CTO or equivalent in a technology-focused company.
• Strong background in hardware and software development, with experience in medical devices or wellness technology preferred.
• Expertise in building and managing R&D teams.
• Experience in electrical stimulation, neuromodulation, or related fields is a plus.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, CE marking) for medical devices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Lithuanian language - native; English language - minimum B2.
