Experience: 8+ years of experience in Agile PLM implementation and support

Shift timings: 2 PM- 11 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Agile PLM solutions to meet business requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements related to product lifecycle management.

• Customize Agile PLM modules such as Product Collaboration (PC), Product Quality Management (PQM), or Engineering Collaboration (EC).

•Develop and maintain workflows, configurations, and integrations with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).

• Provide user training, create documentation, and support end-users postimplementation. • Ensure data integrity and compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Agile PLM environments to minimize downtime.

• Stay updated with the latest Agile PLM features and updates to recommend system optimizations.

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in Oracle Agile PLM modules and their functionalities.

• Hands-on experience with Agile PLM configuration, customization, and integration.

• Knowledge of PLM processes such as BOM management, change control, and compliance.

• Proficiency in SQL, Java, or scripting languages for PLM customizations.

• Familiarity with integrating Agile PLM with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle ERP, SAP).

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and user support.

Preferred:

• Experience in Agile PLM cloud solutions.

• Knowledge of Agile methodology and tools like Jira.

• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs for system integrations.

• Certification in Oracle Agile PLM or related areas
