Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a data-driven digital marketing strategy that drives customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple channels
- Analyze data and performance metrics to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
- Lead the brand messaging strategy to ensure a cohesive and impactful voice across all customer touchpoints
- Collaborate with product development, sales, and other departments to ensure marketing efforts align with product launches and business objectives
- Oversee and manage customer engagement initiatives, driving loyalty and long-term relationships through personalized marketing efforts
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure consistent execution of marketing strategies across digital platforms, including social media, email, and paid advertising
- Monitor industry trends, customer behavior, and emerging digital platforms to stay ahead of the curve and implement innovative marketing approaches
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources to maximize impact
- Foster and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure the continuous development of talent
- Proven experience as a Chief Marketing Officer or in a senior marketing leadership role
- Expertise in digital marketing strategy, data analytics, and customer acquisition
- Strong understanding of brand messaging, customer engagement, and retention optimization
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience guiding cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive marketing decisions based on insights
- Experience in campaign optimization, including A/B testing and performance metrics analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
- Experience in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer (DTC) industries
- Familiarity with digital platforms, tools, and technologies related to marketing automation, CRM, and data analysis
- Extensive Network of +200 DTC Brands: Exposure to state-of-the-art strategies, tactics, and processes in the DTC space by our extensive network
- Verified Companies: We verify each of our companies to ensure they are ready for a hire and can provide you with secure and legitimate opportunities
