Master Data Analyst - Consultant SAP 4Hana

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with expertise in SAP S/4 HANA implementation. The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis, SAP modules, and project management. Responsibilities include data migration, system configuration, and providing support throughout the implementation process.

Ideal Candidate:

•   Strong proficiency in SAP reporting tools, such as SAP Hana as Data Warehouse, SAP Data Service and SAC.

•   Expertise with the usage of Key User extensibility or creating CDS views.

•   In-depth knowledge of data analysis techniques, including statistical analysis and data visualization.

•   Proficiency in SQL and data querying languages.

•   Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

•   Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

•   Experience with data modeling and data warehousing concepts.

•   Familiarity with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools (Like SAP Data Service).

•   Knowledge of data governance and data management best practices.

•   Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

•   Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

•   Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data analysis and reporting.

Job description:

•   Develop and maintain SAP reports to meet business requirements.

•   Design, adapt and implement current CDS views for data modeling and analytics purposes using the SAP Key User Extensibility apps.

•   Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

•   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver accurate and timely information.

•   Optimize existing SAP reports and CDS views for enhanced performance and efficiency using the SAP Key User extensibility apps.

•   Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reports and views.

•   Troubleshoot and resolve any data-related issues or discrepancies.

•   Develop and maintain data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.

•   Create and deliver high-quality presentations and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.

•   Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions,

•   Conduct comprehensive data analysis and provide actionable recommendations to drive business growth.

•   Develop and maintain documentation for SAP reports and CDS views.

•   Conduct user training on SAP reporting.

•   Perform data validation and quality assurance checks on master data.

•   Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve data extraction methods.

•   Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize key metrics and KPIs.
