This role is absolutely core to the first part of this ? the seamless people experience across the employee lifecycle!

As a HR Graduate, your key responsibilities for this will include:

• Coordination and administration of HR employment processes and workflows to onboard, offboard and effectively manage people movements and changes
• Overall HRIS systems management ? with a strong focus on ensuring data accuracy and timeliness. You?ll also act as a champion to drive systems engagement and interaction capability within the People & Performance
