Job Description

HILL is seeking a Deputy Project Manager for an ongoing Data Center project in Milan.

Reporting: Project Manager

Location : Milano – Italy (On-Site)

Responsibilities

  • To monitor the day-to-day activities in the field, managing and coordinating the flow of information and reporting and tracking issues arising from design, progress, quality and safety
  • To assist in the preparation of minutes for project site meetings
  • To track all the design approval/validation processes ensuring responses are provided in due dates
  • To undertake regular site walks to promote and observe safety and progress
  • To assist in the development and implementation of quality management
  • To monitor site works, record and report non-conforming work and drive the team for follow up, preventative, and close out actions

Qualifications

  • University Degree in Engineering or other relevant discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Fluency in Italian and English Languages
  • Previous experience in multinational environment or in Project Management at Construction, will be considered an asset
  • Previous experience in the construction management at industrial sector will be considered a plus
  • Certifications in the field of project management will be considered a plus
  • BIM/REVIT knowing will be considered a plus
