For Sofico, this is a strategic focus area and are therefore looking for a Product Manager to help us harness the potential of data within the Miles Enterprise Suite.

As the Product Manager for the Decision Support Platform, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of data-driven decision-making.

You'll take ownership of the product lifecycle for the cutting-edge data platform, crafting a visionary strategy that aligns with both customer needs and organizational objectives.

Your leadership will guide the team in delivering innovative solutions that revolutionize data insights within the automotive finance industry.

This means, you will:

• n Utilize discovery techniques to validate customer needs and drive product innovation. n
  
  
  

• n Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer requirements. n
  
  
  

• n Translate market and customer insights into actionable product requirements and user stories. n
  
  
  

• n Interact as a scrum product owner with your data science team to specify and prioritize requirements, and deliver product features that drive business impact. n
  
  
  

• n Drive user engagement and adoption through effective product messaging, documentation, training, and support materials. n
  
  
  

• n Serve as a trusted advisor on data analytics and BI tools, offering guidance and expertise to internal teams and customers. n
  
  
  

• n Launch products and new incremental product value on a regular basis in deep collaboration with the delivery teams and other cross-functions. n
  
  
  

Your interests and skills

Ability to define and achieve strategic goals in an innovative and agile environment, and to evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends.

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence cross-functional teams and both internal and external stakeholders.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a keen attention to detail.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• n Experience as a product manager, with a proven track record of successfully delivering products n
  
  
  

• n Hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams to design and develop software-based applications and having steered Product delivery teams n
  
  
  

• n Technical background with experience in data modeling and data management, familiarity with various data-related tools is advantageous. n
  
  
  

• n Excellent communication skills in English, with fluency in Dutch considered a plus. n
  
  
  

• n An agile mindset that allows you to release value to customers incrementally n
  
  
  

• n Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Pragmatic Marketing Certified (PMC) or similar Agile certification for product management is a bonus n
