Product Owner (Platform Engineering)

We are seeking a Product Owner for our Platform Engineering team to drive the development of innovative solutions that enhance developer productivity and streamline workflows. You will bridge engineering, business, and technology, shaping the platform roadmap and strategy to drive growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and empower your delivery team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Manage and prioritize Internal Developer Platform features.
• Apply your expertise in software engineering, DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Solve problems based on engineering feedback and data-driven decisions.
• Make product decisions focused on user needs and continuous improvement.
• Communicate product vision and value effectively to stakeholders.
• Balance customer, business, and technical considerations in decision-making.
• Navigate team dynamics with high emotional intelligence and resilience.
  
  

Desirable Skills

• Experience with data-driven product decisions and experimentation.
• Financial and strategic acumen to ensure viable and aligned product solutions.
• Knowledge of GFS business operations and goals.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
