Product Owner

Role: Product Owner

Location: Dubai

Salary: 25,000 - 30,000 AED / Month

Responsibilities

• Bridge the gap between the business and the IT function
• Own the product backlog, ensuring deliveries are relevant, timely, and of high quality
• Sprint Planning & Execution, following strong Agile principles
• Contribute to the business' Product Roadmap & Strategy

Must have experience:

• Financial Services Experience (Banking, FinTech, Insurance)
• Arabic speaker
• 5+ years within Product

Nice to have experience:

• CSPO or similar product certification
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT-related
• Experience leading / managing a team
