Overview

As a Senior Manager, Agile Program Management at Publicis Sapient, you will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, leading end-to-end business solutions by effectively navigating prioritization and team dynamics within complex corporate environments. You will collaborate with clients engaged in major Digital Business Transformation (DBT) initiatives, helping them achieve their goals by delivering value in fast, iterative cycles.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients, strategists, experience leads, and enterprise architects to define business goals and value streams, shaping solution propositions that drive transformative outcomes and enhance customer experience.
• Lead your team in developing and delivering project deliverables, including estimations, plans, risk assessments, and traceability matrices.
• Foster a positive team environment that promotes autonomy, mastery, and purpose through coaching, personal development, and performance standards.
• Create a culture of value-based delivery, self-organization, and empowerment.
• Maintain a focus on outcomes and use data-driven insights to measure and drive success.
  
  

Qualifications

• Extensive experience working in a digital agency or consultancy, leading scaled agile teams to design and deliver exceptional digital solutions for demanding clients.
• Proven ability to work with C-level stakeholders and diverse teams as a servant leader, delivering both economic and customer value.
• Strong conflict resolution skills.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor team members, fostering continuous personal and professional growth.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Experience delivering complex digital programs in enterprise environments.
• Structured problem-solving skills and the ability to conceptualize and present innovative approaches and solutions.
• Experience leveraging Generative AI (GenAI) strategically to drive efficiency and innovation
• Relevant certifications such as SAFe, PMP, or IPMA.
