MEM Intune System Engineer

Job Description

Stefanini is looking to add experienced, professional, and personable MEM System Engineers to our growing team. This is a fantastic career opportunity for a proactive, highly motivated individual.

Our new colleague will participate in on-call rotation for escalation support of technical issues, supporting the 24x7 production of the modern endpoint management environment.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for monitoring, support, and maintenance of Endpoint Management solutions (ex. MS SCCM, Intune) and related IT infrastructures and technologies for our customers;
• Responsible for designing and implementing endpoint management technical solutions;
• Responsible for designing and improving endpoint management processes;
• Ensure focus on coordination, collaboration, and communication to achieve better synergies within Stefanini delivery teams and with customer IT teams;
• Ensure continuous and efficient operation of systems in scope through troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving incidents along with handling of routine maintenance activities;
• Understand industry trends and translate them into technical opportunities;
• Collaborate with other Stefanini technical resources (SMEs, Engineering, etc.) when needed in the completion of deliverables;
• Maintain a good understanding of upcoming changes (i.e. MS 'Evergreen' concept) to in-scope solutions to facilitate organizational and user change management;
• Understand and leverage new technologies, as required to support the customer engagements.
  
  

Job Requirements

Mandatory requirements:

• Experience in supporting large environments;
• Experience in Windows Client OS deployment, and troubleshooting;
• Experience in Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager operations:
• Deploying SCCM infrastructure;
• Application packaging and deployments. Reporting and compliance monitoring;
• Updates and upgrades;
• Operating system deployment and image creation and maintenance;
• SCCM Infrastructure troubleshooting and support;
• Any other Endpoint Management solution experience is a plus.
• Experience in Intune operations:
• Applications packaging a deployments;
• Configuration policies;
• Compliance policies;
• Autopilot deployment.
• Scripting experience using languages and environments such as CMD, PowerShell, .NET, VB, etc.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, switches, routers, firewalls, and protocols;
• Azure AD operations;
• Familiar with Microsoft Defender for endpoint;
• Azure IaaS proficient;
• Technical troubleshooting and debugging experience;
• Experience working with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes i.e., Incident Management, Request Management, Change Management, etc.;
• Experience working in ITSM platforms i.e., Service NOW, Microfocus, Remedy, etc.;
• Good proficiency in spoken and written English;
• Strong communication and listening skills;
• Availability for extended business hours + on call.
  
  

Preferable but not mandatory:

• Knowledge Virtual Desktop Infrastructure;
• Microsoft certifications in Azure or Microsoft 365;
• ITIL Foundations certification.
