Let's start with the role

As a Product Manager for our Sportsbook Product, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and enhancement of our online sports betting sites. Your role will involve strategic planning, team management, and collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the success and growth of our product.

As a Product Manager for our Sportsbook team, you will:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with business goals, solves user issues, meets customer needs and maximizes product value.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on market research, customer feedback, and business strategy.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors to optimize product performance and enhance the customer experience.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and procurement teams to ensure all third-party agreements align with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and performance of product initiatives.
• Work closely with Product Analysts to gather data, analyze metrics, and derive insights to guide product decisions and optimizations.
• Collaborate with Marketing and CRM teams to promote new features and product enhancements effectively.
• Provide detailed briefings and support materials to ensure the successful integration of product messaging into marketing campaigns and customer communications.
• Work closely with Product Design and UX researchers to test new ideas and solutions
• Identify opportunities to expand the product team by recruiting and onboarding additional Product Owners, ensuring sufficient capacity to support product development goals.
• Collaborate with HR and department heads to define roles, responsibilities, and hiring criteria for new team members.
  
  

What you’ll bring

• At least 5 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 preferably within the sports betting industry.
• Strong understanding of sportsbook operations and technology.
• Proven track record of managing successful product launches and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Analytical mindset with a strong focus on data-driven decision making.
• Experience working with teams in multiple locations.
