What You Will Do:
- Implement, integrate, and maintain Configuration as Code platform (CaC). Ensure the availability and scalability of infrastructure and promote best practices
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate CaC linting and testing
- Design, develop, test, and maintain curated and reusable IaC building blocks
- Collaborate with the security team to implement and maintain security best practices, compliance standards, and non-functional requirements. Implement standards as quality gates in CI/CD pipelines
- Drive automation initiatives across the organization to streamline repetitive tasks and increase efficiency. Implement reusable automation scripts and workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, release management, operations, IT security, and product teams, to ensure seamless integration of the platform
- Good knowledge of DevSecOps practices
- Strong proficiency in configuration management tools (e.g., Chef, Ansible)
- Expertise in infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, Packer)
- Good knowledge of the AWS cloud computing platform
- Experience working in a Linux/Unix environment
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
- Flexibility. Flexible working hours, remote work, and the possibility to work from anywhere in the EU, Iceland, Switzerland, and the UK (in total 90 days per year)
