HRIS Project Manager

We are working with a large global manufacturing client, seeking an HRIS Project Lead to spearhead the successful implementation of a new global HR platform across our European business. As a leading provider of sustainable building materials, we're dedicated to optimising our HR processes, enhancing employee experiences, and capitalising on the benefits of a modern HRIS system. Hands-on position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project plan to monitor progress, track milestones, and manage risks.
• Lead collection and validation of employee data and business rules.
• Configure and validate divisional business rules on HRIS platform.
• Assess organizational readiness and develop implementation plans.
• Develop data migration strategy and oversee execution.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal IT teams for system configuration.
• Create test plans and conduct testing for system functionality and data integrity.
• Identify training needs and develop materials for user proficiency.
• Coordinate system go-live preparations and provide ongoing user support.
• Optimize HRIS for real-time data and insights in talent management and workforce planning.
• Support business growth through scalable design and implementation.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in HRIS implementation and project management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with hands-on projects
