To accommodate our growth Nipro Medical EMEA is looking for a hands-on Product Specialist Nephroflow for the Benelux region.


About the role


Nephroflow is a niche software package associated with our dialysis machines. The NephroFlow Product Suite offers a complete range of modules that can be configured to adapt to the rising digital needs of each dialysis unit (NephroFlow Product Suite - Dialysis management software | Software for dialysis clinics)

As a Product specialist Nephroflow, you are the primary point of contact for our Benelux customers during the implementation projects and in the context of major upgrades of the Nephroflow software. In this role, you perform the initial onboarding of customers, actively manage the project and assure a successful implementation of the software. You will report to the Country Manager Benelux and will work closely together with the Digital Solutions team to improve the product and identify new opportunities based on lessons learned during the projects. At the end of each project, you ensure a smooth transition of the customer to the support team.


What you’ll do


Pre-sales support (20%)


Give product demonstrations and sales presentations, discuss solution architecture with the customer and R&D team afterwards


Project Management and Functional Implementation Services (60%)


Onboarding new customers

Project planning and management

Coordinating technical tasks performed by technical specialists (server installation, testing of integrations, …)

Coordinating technical tasks performed by local dialysis technicians (connecting dialysis machines to network, …)

Providing training to end users

Implementing and validating the workflows

Provide support and guidance before and during go-live

Aftercare the first weeks after the go-live

Coordinate transition to support team (if applicable)

Provide feedback to product management



Customer success/Account Management (10%)


Visit centers that already use NephroFlow for some time to evaluate user satisfaction

Identify opportunities at existing customers

Join the account manager in regular visits to customers to help upsell new modules new modules and features


Training in the context of software updates (10%)


Create or translate training materials for new software versions

Provide training to users in the context of upgrades



What You’ll Need


You hold a Bachelor or Master degree in business administration, or computer science, and 3+ years of experience in a similar role (e.g., project manager, process optimization (Lean), business analyst, digital transformation, …).

Experience in healthcare IT is essential.

You take initiative and proactively reach out to others when needed.

You work smart by setting effective work goals, establishing priorities, and planning well in order to produce quality work.

You are an independent thinker who is naturally inquisitive.

You can clearly separate problems from solutions.

You have an affinity with software development.

Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Experience in the hospital sector or the medical landscape is a plus.

Good command in Dutch & French.
