Data Science/Analytics Intern, Administration (Jan - Jun/Jul 2025)

You will be a member of the Administration team to roll out digital solutions such as RPA, SaaS solutions, analytics and visualization dashboards, and to drive system adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and automate high volume work and time-consuming processes using UIPath, macros, etc.
  • Implement and maintain automation tools (e.g., workflow management software, RPA tools) to streamline workplace operations.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest workplace technologies, including software, hardware, and IoT solutions.
  • Lead initiatives to introduce new tech solutions for improving office management, communication, and employee experience.
  • Develop and build analytical and operational or exception dashboards for better analytics and insights

Qualifications / Capabilities

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science or similar discipline
  • Strong IT skills (Python, R, Excel VBA, SQL) and conversant with the use of search engines and databases, web scraping
  • Meticulous and diligent in creating, maintaining and updating the reports and dashboards on a timely basis.
  • Good analytical skills, detail oriented and experience in working with extensive datasets
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong co-ordination and organisation skills.
