We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Generalist to manage and execute key HR operations and initiatives that drive operational excellence and workforce optimization. The ideal candidate will possess strong HR operations skills and the ability to collaborate across functions to deliver impactful results.
Your tasks:
HR Operations Excellence
Execute all HR transactions and administrative processes, including:
Payroll processing and benefits administration.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Managing onboarding and offboarding activities efficiently.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for employee lifecycle events, such as new hires, terminations, and promotions, including coordination and documentation support.
HRIS Maintenance
Regularly input and update employee data in the HRIS system, including personal information, contract terms, and benefits details.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by auditing HRIS entries and making necessary corrections.
Policy Compliance and Implementation
Define and implement internal HR practices that align with labor laws and organizational policies.
Stay informed about changes in labor laws and ensure organizational compliance.
HR Projects and Initiatives
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of HR projects such as employee engagement programs, training sessions, and performance management initiatives.
Collaborate and coordination with stakeholders to drive process improvements and achieve project goals.
Ad-Hoc Administrative Operations Support
Provide support for general office administrative tasks, and coordination office events, and training sessions.
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations, including payroll, compliance, and employee lifecycle management.Proven track record in handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Skills Preferred:Multi-Tasking: Ability to manage multiple priorities and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address HR-related challenges effectively.Detail-Oriented: Expertise in maintaining accurate records and working with HRIS systems.Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with employees and stakeholders.
