Availability Plan Project Manager

An opportunity has arisen to join the Rolling Stock team as its Availability Project Manager.

The Availability Plan Project Manager oversees the action plan on availability for all the fleet.

You will work transversely with the other departments, especially inside the operational performance direction and will describe the trajectory in terms of intermediate objectives and will also make sure these milestones are achieved.

The position is based in our modern and vibrant offices located in the heart of Brussels, Belgium's bustling capital city.  We are looking for someone to... 

• Define the intermediate milestones in 2024 and achieve it
• Improve the availability as define in the business plan of Eurostar for the next years
• Look after workload distribution between our depots
• Contribute to define a new contract with Forest and Le Landy (external depots) in April 2025
• Oversee the availability plan, both inside Eurostar Rolling Stock team and with the external stakeholders Le Landy and Forest.
• Prepare all the governance meetings associated with the availability plan

You'll need...

• To be proficient in French & English
• Strong experience in Project Management
• Management experience
• Strong experience in Rolling Stock Maintenance
