Key Responsibilities & Skills
- Deep expertise in Hadoop (Cloudera), Spark, and other Big Data frameworks.
- Proficiency in tools like Pig, Hive, and Impala.
- Programming mastery: Python, Scala, R, Java, C++, etc.
- Hands-on experience with stream-processing systems like Spark-Streaming or Strom.
- Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases such as Postgres and Cassandra.
- Proven leadership experience in managing data engineering teams and delivering impactful dashboards and data models.
- Bonus: Familiarity with Azure cloud services and Financial Services expertise.
- Work remotely from anywhere, with the flexibility to shape your schedule.
- Be part of a high-performing team at the forefront of Big Data innovation.
