What We’re Looking For
- Exceptional attention to design details and user experience.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration in fast-paced environments.
- Adaptability to new tools, frameworks, and technologies.
- Proficiency in ReactJS, Redux, and front-end libraries.
- Experience with Material UI, Ant Design, or Tailwind CSS.
- Familiarity with CSS preprocessors (e.g., SASS, LESS).
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Trello.
- Understanding of UI/UX research methodologies, including usability testing and heatmaps.
- Commitment to accessibility standards (WCAG) and performance optimization.
- Collaborating on wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for user-centric designs.
- Developing responsive and reusable components using ReactJS.
- Integrating APIs, conducting code reviews, and ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
- Enhancing application scalability, load times, and accessibility.
