Senior Motion Designer (Interrio)

Right now we're looking for an experienced Senior Motion Designer for one of the Genesis startups Interrio (AI-powered interior design), to boost our product’s visual communication and deliver compelling content for a diverse international audience.

About You

3+ years of experience in motion design & video production;
Strong portfolio, including motion videos and UGC edits for multiple products;
Proficiency in motion design tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects) and video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci);
Solid skills in creating captivating graphics with tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Figma;
Experience in active analysis of competitors’ creatives to replicate performance and refine our own marketing strategies;
Clear understanding of platform-specific requirements from TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Ads video and static creatives;
English proficiency is a MUST. B2+ to ensure content and voiceovers consistently resonate with native Tier-1 users;
Passion for learning, innovation, and testing new creative approaches;

Will Be a Plus

Experience with AI tools for voiceovers, captions, and production acceleration;
Proven track of success in creating tutorial or explainer videos;
Experience in leading & mentoring a team or collaborating with freelancer creative designers;

What You Will Do

Create a series of elaborate explainer videos for onboarding new users to the product;
Build a video blog showcasing before-and-after projects and user case studies;
Analyze competing ad creatives to identify effective strategies, test hypotheses, and iterate based on performance;
Develop video content to the requirements and best practices of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Ads in a two-way co-op with Marketing Managers;
Design, test and iterate static creatives for platforms like Google Ads, Instagram, Pinterest, and community posts in co-op with Marketing and Community Managers;
